Hello guys, I have reinstalled ubuntu 12.04 on my dell xps 17.
I have installed it from a bootable USB. Now, the system freezes at random and well, the only alternative is to press the power button...

When I attempted to remove the first of the infamous 3 packages procps, when marked for removal in synaptic a message warned me that there are about 200 extra packages...
uhm...it didn't occur to me, sorry!. OK, I closed synaptic and done the whole thing again.
