Sorry, cann't help with i2c_designware issue - these modules are not used on my Fit 15a and from what I can see you have Vaio Duo model which is quite different.
I've managed to get flip events delivered to sony-laptop driver on my Vaio Fit 15A.
Stable patch should be ready in about a week, but I cannot test it myself on any other model.
