    Thanks for that. I DL'ed suse but it wasn't the Live version so didn't install it just for a test drive.

    But like you said, back on topic... I too have been using Kubuntu for quite a while now....

    I'm downloading OpenSuSE now to give the LiveCD a whirl... Does it use all the same konsole (terminal) terminology like sudo and aptitude etc? Don't want to have to learn new commands! :D
