Solved by installing the patch command

Upgraded from 10.04, rebooted.. and now VMware Workstation 7 doesn't work. Having error: Unable to build kernel module.

I know this is a "stupid" question, but I don't know what happened... I "lost" all my menus/panel and can't get it back, and can't find actually any info about getting out of this "Full screen" kind...
