I was able to fix the windows mbr, yes. But what I'm looking for is a way to boot to ubuntu just like I would if I installed with wubi. Through the windows os selector. Not the grub! If I do it...
What I'm trying to do is fully install ubuntu to a flash drive. I tried booting to a live cd and installing to the flash drive but it didn't work the way I wanted it to. It erased my windows mbr and...
I just decided to put ubuntu 9.01 on my spare flash drive earlier today. I accidental picked the wrong option during the install though. I made it to where it boots to the grub and then I pick my...
Solved! I'm posting from my Ubuntu right now. Here's what I did:

bcdedit /set {64e5944a-d941-11de-b036-b0712ecfeecb} path \ubuntu\winboot\wubildr.mbr
It tries to boot up, but I get some weird error about a kenrnal missing or something.

You should see an ubuntu section, probably at the bottom....
Ok, so here's the situation. I installed Ubuntu via Wubi on a 2nd partition. I know it doesn't make since to use Wubi and then install it to another partition, but thats the only way it would work...

This is your wireless adapter:
It currently has no driver assigned to it. Get ndiswrapper and use it to install the windows driver for the device. You need the .inf and .sys files. Put the two in...
The wireless card may not be compatible with ubuntu 64 bit. If the troubleshooting guide I gave you the link to doesn't work, then I would switch to 32 bit.
Add both b43 and b43-pci-bridge to blacklist.conf to be sure. Then run
sudo update-initramfs -k all -u
then reboot
Hmmm.... that's odd that it's not showing up on the list. Try this:
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper
Then check to see if it is on the list when you type lshw -C Network.
If all else fails,...
