Yes, that's right. Fuduntu usually uses Grub legacy, but on installation I chose not to install any boot loader to guarantee that there is no bootloader conflict.

What I did now is: I removed the corrupt partition using gparted. After that, I booted Natty again. And now the SWAP-partition is also corrupt! Maybe Natty doesn't like the number 5 in sda5....... :...
