i attempted to install a program with wine using the command "wine SETUP.EXE"
however, an error occured, saying i need Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher to proceed....

i am trying to upgrade my Ubuntu 7.04 to 7.10 with the update manager.
When i click update, it says
