I'm seeing the kernel take 5 seconds, then systemdtake 5 seconds. And that's before any parallel processing kicks in, as per my bootchart attached above.
Thanks oldrocker. It's internal but the way the issue was fixed hasn't given me much confidence. The connections seemed fine put giving them all a shove fixed it.
