Is there any way to share folders between virtual machine (windows server 2008) and host Ubuntu 9.10, like in Virtualbox?

I create KVM virtual machine (windows xp and fedora 11) with virt-manager.
Is there any way to autostart that KVM vm on boot of host (Ubuntu 9.10, 64 bit).

I don't know is this wright group for this question but,
I can't find option in konqueror "always show tab bar" or something similar, like in firefox.

I use virt-manager 0.8 (kvm) on ubuntu 9.10 64, and I have problem with usb.
USB is attached to machine, but not showed on virtual XP.

I capture from VHS through Sony DCR-TRV223 PAL.
After some time of capture I had error :

Is there some other way to capture from dv camera except dvgrab.

For the first time I use dvgrab ( before windows user, now I "try" ubuntu), and now I have problem, after some time of capture I had error :
