i had to ad -f for force. Without fsck does not find any errors.
sudo fsck -f /dev/mapper/logical-volume
if you get a lot of errors you can add -y for silent mode:

O.K. i thing our intension is where it should be.
I read in german linux paper that Mr. Mark Shuttleworth suggest the developers
just to work on the bugs and do no implementaion of other stuff....

for sure this was a hard release xorg, gcc4 and do not forget nfs4 wich is not included yet.
What i do not understand are the problems with folder sharing over gui the fu ......
