I installed Ubuntu 12.04 from an iso along side Windows 7. (I've successfully already done this with another machine. Works awesome! Woo, hoo!)
After install I couldn't boot Windows....

After install I couldn't boot Windows....
I have nothing in any of my menus in any LibreOffice applications. AND they keep crashing. Anybody else with this prob? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling without results.

When I try to view the permission for a directory using ls -1, I just get a listing of the files and...
I might be having this problem 'cause Bluefish ftp won't work for me at all, although I'm not opening it using sudo, just clicking from the launcher.
What I'm really trying to set up is an FTP...
