    Have had the same problem, wireless isolation enabled on the router/access point. If there is no option to turn it off then assume it's set to enabled.

    Do a full format to Fat32 on the USB stick with Gparted or Diskpart if you have windows. From there I would use Unetbootin to extract the ISO contents to the USB stick and make it bootable.

    I would suggest running your genuine Windows 7 DVD and running the repair feature to restore the Windows 7 boot loader priority, but it will break your activation.
