It is a very strange decision to swap drives. Did you install rEFIt on the first drive? Is should have seen grub loader and the /boot on second drive if you used ext2,3,4 filesystem.

May be system does not see bluetooth adapter at all. Just try System -> Preferences -> Bluetooth
If it works, but I think it doesn't, - than you should add bluetooth to autostart.

Does bluetooth work at all? Is there an icon in tray? Does bluetooth manager start? Whar did you mean under "first link" and "second one"?
