If you are in the home folder, simply type cd Desktop.
To get the current directory, type pwd.
System - Prefences - Sound
Make sure everything is set to ALSA.
Also, double click the speaker icon in the tray, and raise PCM and Front to maximum.
Use cd.

Okay, fixed. Everybody that has this problem, backup your .wine directory and:
rm -rf ~/.wine
winecfg
Worked for me :)
