I have had this problem with Ktorrent. I fixed it once before with deleting the contents of a file called shutdown_rules or something.......located in i think the .kde/app/ktorrent...

I can open my home folder, and there use to be quick launcher icons that were like; downloads, videos, my computer, ect ect.........they use to be there and now have...

Is there a way to add folders to the launcher? i can only get programs to work.....

technically, i can add the folder icon to the launcher, but the icon does not work in dash or launcher..........
