    A very simple way is to install your script in /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin.

    Then access Startup Applications and link to your script. Script will then be enabled at startup.

    I read that it is possible to allocate new user name and password on re installation.

    Information below is a variation of the Softpedia instructions, but just using a terminal.

    This should work, in a 32 bit installation, if it doesn't then suggest a re installation of the OS....
