made a new file in /etc/udev/rules.d/ called '19-local.rules' where I added

for some reason apt-get claims it cant find that package and without it Im kinda stuck withouth tumb buttons.. ;)

on my mx1000 I need to have 12 buttons in xorg to make things work properly, even though xev output only reports 10 diffrent buttons.
xev reports the following buttons....
Nvidia 6600GT @ 544 core, 1151 memory
(note, this is the best speed setting that gives me no artifacts in windows with 3dmark05)

so basically, to get DVI output I need to unplug my vga cable and just leave the DVI in. funny this, it worked with DVI on both VESA and nv driver that came with the install of breezy but the moment...
