    Problem solved!
    When you install laptop-mode-tools , it DELETES pm-utils. And pm-utils is important so laptop could suspend. So I had to reinstall by myself pm-utils (sudo apt-get install pm-utils)....

    One more thing that went in my mind - open Applications - Ubuntu Software Centre and check "Installed Software" - try to find any application that could guilty in this thing.

    Yes, that is weird if the checkbox is empty but programs are automatically started. I think it means that some kind of third party application has made those changes to your system. I would check if...

    sudo apt-get clean should do the trick. :)
    or maybe

    sudo apt-get autoclean
