Running Mint Release 9 64 bit.
Using coaxial digital sound output, I get a faint high frequency ticking during sound playback. It is almost unnoticeable unless you put your ear up to the tweeter....
If you follow the instructions I linked to above, you will get the latest 64bit version. I get updates to it nearly every day, and it works perfectly. Just updated to Lightning/1.0b2...
3.1.4pre is working great with gdata.

I thought it was fixed after shutting down Ghostery and restarting Firefox and Ghostery. After a couple of re-boots, the problem has returned. :(
