My fonts in nautilus are huge after a reboot. I can open as root and everything is good, but if I open as my default user then things are kind of ridiculous. Does any one know what is going on?

Negative. It is a full gigabit switch. Like I said If I boot to a windows drive it runs at gigabit speeds. I have also tested THIS CARD and everything runs at gigabit speeds.
