    kellyfavoritecolor is not declared, it looks like it should be declared as a string, in the same way that you have defined "name" as type "string" near the top of the file.

    This could be a monitor recognition problem and not a driver problem.

    I had a problem that might be similar. Your monitor is probably plug and play detected, prior to installing the Nvidia drivers...
