I find the front left corner of my Bonobo 6 gets very hot, but not a lot of hot air gets blown out the back by the fans. Is this normal behaviour?

Sorry, got ahead of myself. It does suspend, but it locked up after sitting for a while today. It may have been from a suspend, but it does seem to suspend manually without problem.

So, leaving the 2860 entry blacklisted, but un-blacklisting all the 2800 and 28xx entries solves the problem ... now suspending successfully.

I have a G61 with (I think) the same card, and I have everything working using the xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd driver. Apparently it's development is pretty much at an end, but it works quite nicely....

Building the driver from the 2.3.1.6 source works nicely as well. Just download it from RALink and follow the instructions.

At some point during the tweaking for a wireless fix in 10.04, my webcam has stopped working. There don't seem to be any kernel modules loaded. I've tried modprobe uvcvideo, but still see no video...

I had a similar problem and neither of these solutions worked. What did was adding options "snd-hda-intel model=hp-m4 enable_msi=1" to "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf".
