[ubuntu] Re: Tips to install XMMS on Lucid

[ubuntu] Re: Tips to install XMMS on Lucid

Yup, I've already done that. I tried it again just to make sure and had a message telling me

xmms-crossfade is already the newest version.

Which makes me wonder why it wasn't showing up in...

    Team Fortress 2 Freezes

I've spent the better part of the day trying to get this to work, and I'm stumped. I'm able to run Steam through Wine perfectly fine, and TF2 starts well enough, but when I try to enter a training...
  5. [SOLVED] Re: Can't figure out partitioning for installation

[ubuntu] Re: Tips to install XMMS on Lucid

Sweet! So I got the playback to happen, and it's delectibly gapless. However, when I seek in a song or pause it, there is about a 5-second delay before it goes to where I told it to seek to or...

[ubuntu] Re: Tips to install XMMS on Lucid

@Shantiq: Sadly, I gave that a go before hunting for plugins. Didn't change anything for me.

@Ibidem: Gonna give that deb a try. Thanks for putting those together. [EDIT] So the installation went...
