For those having troubles with rightclick on synaptics clickpads on *ubuntu 12.04 you can edit the clickpad config with synclient tools:
Use this command

synclient -l
to list you clickpad...

I also have the issue (with ubuntu 10.4) and definitely there's no youtube.py in there... by having a peek at the patch it clearly appears that the issue is not related to permissions I tried to...

Just a hint:

create a bash script "totem-enqueue.sh" in /usr/bin and paste this content in that:


#!/bin/bash
cat "$1" > /tmp/log
/usr/bin/totem --enqueue "$1"

Now make it executable and...

Ok.. so the issue is NOT related to the underlaying wallpaper (png or tiled/zoomed images and so on) but rather to the transparency used for the bar. Removing the bar transparency from its properties...
