Yea you're trying to open an executable binary file with archive manager.
Try using the right click context menu to run it with Wine instead..

Mupen64plus is probably the best cross-platform emu currently available.
Any troubles you are having are likely the result of your hardware's shortcomings.

You may be assuming that wine is using your windows partitions which it is not.
If you have not mapped a Z drive in wine it will not exist.
Flash was also never intended as a gaming platform btw.

You should be aware that some software simply won't run through wine.
Running it from a terminal however may give you an idea of why it's not working..
