    Hi, I was recently upgraded to Kile 2.1. There are two issues that seriously bug me.

    1. Spell check is awful. It worked fine before, but now it doesn't recognise a lot of LaTeX commands and thinks...

    Thanks but I've used texmaker. It's alright, but Kile does what texmaker does better. What I was looking for here was something more lightweight and more customisable.

    BAM, just installed ubuntu on my 4810 with no problems. I've not yet checked multitouch or webcam, but I'm not all that fussed about either.

    But I will try and get the battery life back to 8 hours...

    I just put a Live CD into my 4810 and it's worked like a dream: sound, wifi without a problem. I've now just got to get it to install without upsetting windows and everything will be fine and dandy....
