    A lot of virus scanners are made for windows and give Linux false positives for rootkits thats why they are pretty useless.

    At this point it is a matter of preference. A long time ago their was some issues with RPM and it fell out of favor for a while but I think its equal to dpkg now.

    I thought I had read once that jet packs on can carry about three minutes worth of fuel and that and the difficulty in flying them made them impractical.
