Unfortunately, I think that WebConverger falls under the category of a LiveCD clone, but, this is the first thing that came to mind when reading your initial post. I don't recall what the boot time...
taurelas, Thanks. You're the kind of community member that "they" (all the bloggers and media) associate with Ubuntu and Open Source. This is proof that having 1 bean, er, post, that is helpful and...
Thanks Polkan! This one fixed my problem.
Thanks rudy.b! :D
Everything was working fine in 9.04 installed on my Dell XPS 1530 laptop, then I realized tonight that PulseAudio didn't move the totem-audio-preview stream to my Logitech USB...
Does this thread help? I'm just reading right now, I've not implemented any of this, but it seems that they were on a similar hunt in the other thread and may have found a solution. Good Luck, Let us...

I've been using Mobile Media Converter with my Palm Centro and gotten good results. It uses FFMPEG, will also run on Windows (for all your friends that hate FREEDOM :lolflag:), and can be downloaded...
Sigh, me too.
*Warning Highly Opinionated*

Have you rebooted? It didn't actually work properly for me until I rebooted last night, but it did work. The one guy in the launchpad thread said the same thing. I also went back and removed visor...
In this other thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=973158&highlight=gnome-pilot) underdog512 mentions that there is a bug recorded in launchpad that contains a workaround for this. ...
Echodeck,
I had this problem after I upgraded to 8.10, Intrepid Ibex, and it seems to be a loss of file (type) associations. Just like it says, there's no program associated with that link, which is...

I don't know if this helps the situation or worsens it, but, I believe I have a possible answer, but no explanation to back up my theory. (Please feel free to expound on this, It's obvious that I'm...
