[ubuntu] Re: printer idle - can't write page 1 header

This works for me, too. Even now in the year 2011 and Ubuntu 11.04. I am using the Canon MP270, a rather old model. I also use a 32 bit Driver on a 64 bit system.
  2. [SOLVED] Re: Canon Pixma MP 270 Ubuntu 64 bit won't install

Sometimes my MP270 will not print. It says that the printer is not plugged in even if it is. Plugging in and out the USB cable sometimes does help. What could that be?

    Thanks.

    Or type

Normally you do not have to know where the binary is placed. But you could search under / for gtalk.
