Hi guys, I am trying to install either ubuntu or debian in my powermac, although when making partitions it gives this error:


What should I do?I have my hdd partitioned with the MacOS 10.4 Dvd...

powerpc macs won't boot from usb devices,as far as I know.
Your best bet is to:partition your hdd, burn a dvd with ubuntu,install it and when you want to run it instead of macosx,press alt and boot...

I never had problems,but now I do,it appears like a rainbow..maybe it has to do with ext4 no?

I have a dv9500 and before undervolt and renew of thermal paste,it was like hell,believe or not,now it is cold...and silent :)

Hi Guys,I have a pair of voodoo 2,and I'd like to play some old games in glide in my beloved ubuntu,but I don't know how to install drivers for it..
The drivers that I know are here...

I am using an envy24 based card,and it work well..
You can grab a chaintech av-710,it has the envy24 chip (wich is very good) and is cheap..
