    I also prefer this method now too. I wish Fedora and the rest of Linux distro's would follow suite. Makes it very convenient.

    GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_RECOVERY=true
    also
    sudo chmod -x /etc/grub.d/20_memtest86+
