EDIT: It's the BIOS - I had an early version #204 flashed. Upgrade to 211 and it works great.

Come to think of it, my experience is really strange and goes counter to everything that i have read: With bios set to Compatibility Mode, lspci shows both cards as active. Can anyone else confirm?
