I tried the other wine CVS script and didn't like it much so I made my own. It's real simple and short but it does the job.
This script makes a...
I just dl'ed and installed. It said it was missing libslang-utf8.so.1 so I installed libslang-utf8 with apt and then had to sym link /usr/lib/libslang.so to...
Runs at 15-20fps in busy areas on my 2ghz opteron and 7800gtx. I'd consider the performance unplayable.

If you were using gedit it'd ask you for a save location when you save a new file. You could also just save the text file on the desktop and drag it to the right place.

I'm of the opinion that it's not worth adjusting. The above link is good material on which to form an opinion.
Hey that's neat! I've seen some guides for changing these settings in about:config but this is much more friendly and it has nice descriptions. Thanks! \\:D/
I've researched it. DaemonTools has special stuff built in to circumvent the copy protection in War3. There's currently no program to do the same in linux. If you wanted to get around it you'd have...
I launch mine like this. You can paste that in to a custom application launcher also. Right click a menu bar and click 'Add to Panel'. It's at the top. It'd be too annoying to have to type the launch...
Load a level and pull up your options menu. Go to the effects section and turn on the frame counter. Try disabling some of the effects and you should be able to see immediatly if it improves your...
My mistake, made an assumption. :-#
There is a mac version already.
