iam using samba for sharing the resources b/w windows and ubuntu machines as well as domain controller..
nis is using for centralised user...

already i go through that Server guide but iam unable to add the client machine..
can i add ubuntu desktop as a client without LDAP..?
if yes wat r the requirements to add as a client..
