    I am not sure but I think I had the same problem. This is how I think I fixed it. Plus some of your addresses are corrected, like the gateway and broadcast.

    Well for me it is the speed. I need a fast computer. Also most of the software is free with linux so it save me $$$. Plus the OS is simple compared to windows, even though I know windows better....
