Re: Shelley the Republican Linux "Article"

I'm not so overly concerned with the quality of the original article, as I am with the inability of so many to recognise it as a work of fiction.

    Quite frightening, really.

Re: Goodbye Edgy Eft, We'll Miss You!

    18 months? Really?

Edgy was my first ever experience of GNU/Linux, and I've never had to re-install once.

Man, this here GNU/Linux is good.

Re: Someone help with my wiki?

You must be joking, I am the worlds worst graphics designer. :)

You could maybe take a look at some other wikis, and see how they lay things out.

Some of them I don't particularly like (like...

I think the first thing ya might wanna get is a logo of some sort for the top left of the page, the current one looks a bit plain for my liking dude.

Re: what game would you say is a most have

    Personally, I love bzflag.

There are always load of busy servers, and you can configure the client to run on just aobut any spec at all (yours is very much more than adequate).

    Other than that,...

Re: What is your web browser?

I'll use pretty much whatever browser is open at the time.

I do use links sometimes if I'm browsing from a shell account.

I'm no expert at the terminal myself, but rtorrent is so easy to use, it's just begging to be used.

    I use it by:

1 - navigating to a webpage with a .torrent link on it, then right clicking and...

Poll: Re: New Poll: Which bit torrent client do you use?

I just started using rtorrent about a week ago or so, after years of using (mainly) azureus.
