    I would suggest trying to find out what is the proxy address is.
    If you could paste the output of trace route to www.ubuntu.com
    the command is tracert in Win XP.

    You have to manually add it in the Network Proxy settings.

    Most probably yes, but I don't really know.
    UNR 9.04 was very good and stable I used it ever since it was released. I had 3 installations of UNR 9.10 1 upgrade from 9.04 and 2 fresh installations....
