could someone post a simple way to install the missing ms fonts (wingdings etc) required by wps please. i have already installed the ms font installer for 12.04 but wps still reporting missing fonts

yep same here, battery lasts about 4-5hrs on 10.4 and about the same on w7

but on w7, i havnt tried yet, you can press the grahix boost button which changes it to power-save intel graphics and...

all working sweet on ul50Vt, only gripe the brightness adjusting applet and FN+F5 not working? any1 have a patch or work around to adjust screen brightness on ul50vt as it chews up the battery
...

after i flashed the 855 with the link i posted above, 855 worked straight away on 9.04 and on LM.

it dose have the tendency to heatup alot though and drops out to cool down. but the funny thing is...
