your blender is VERY old try a newer one, then i see no ligths on your screeshot, so im guessing, no ligth no image therefor the black render, if you have a ligth then up the output, double or triple...

i alreasy downloaded the sp-auth in tar.gz also the tar.gz for tv-maxe.

yeah finger fail, its 12.04, i found this http://www.webupd8.org/2012/04/tv-maxe-07-released-ubuntu-ppa.html and tried to install from PPA but got me all this missing dependencies, i guess if its not...

im on ubuntu 12.01LTS 64b and trying to install tv-maxe, i get a warning on terminal "needs dependncy sp-auth, wont install" in synaptic i get a lot dependencies (all 32b) and wont install also...

this is what happened; i tried to free disk space an d used the ubuntu tweak, it listed two old kernels, and 177 libs and a packeg that where deletables, so i did it listed a good 545mb to free up;...
