Would guess / suggest that sda1, fat 16 is the emergency windows restore drive place there by HP, you probably have to F1 or something similar to...

If it is the same as my USB WD 500Gb Passport Drive.
No hidden anything, just a windose autostart that goes to a WD splash screen.
I made a folder of ******* on the drive and placed the autostart...
