    I'm sorry I did not mean to mislead. I can print from Ubuntu but not from the VM. I would just copy and paste but QB will not allow that, and I cannot email from QB.

    I did notice the small icon USB connections. When I right click on it and pick what I think is the proper USB device I get that same screen as shown above.

    I tried both commands. Check the attachment to see what happened.

    I said "Y" to the prompt. It downloaded a bunch of things and then gave me the same warnings and problems.

    Also for whatever reason I cannot copy and paste the command lines into the terminal. I have done this before, but it will not do it now.
