Good advice often comes late.. I used link from the first post but it also changed my splash screen to "some" windows, which I didn't want, because I also left normal Ubuntu Gnome user.
Solution found is to use http://sourceforge.net/projects/cntlm/files/cntlm/ although it's not easy nor flexible.
This should be solved in Ubuntu' proxy configuration. Now, only Firefox seems to work...

Normally in syslinux.cfg file, as written above, if it's simple USB with just Ubuntu.
