buraitopengin, I thought bluetooth on 10.10 was easy to get working - touchscreen is a different story. good luck and keep us posted.

I haven't been able to get ubuntu running smoothly on the slate, seems like the touch drivers are flaky at best and there's still a lot of work to be done.

I removed 11.04 because I couldn't get touch to work properly on it - please post the links - I'd like to get ubuntu on it but this time, working properly.

stick to 10.10 for now, I installed 11.04 and it broke the bluetooth package, touch was a little better but not worth loosing the bluetooth.

ok, second update: finger touch still acts as a big touch pad but you can use both stylus and finger, and not have the same issues as in 10.10 (i.e. scrambled scrolling up, etc.), been using 11.04...

I agree with you but since I haven't been able to get multi-touch working on the slate, I've relied on Win7 but intend to ditch it as soon as I get ubuntu working!! :)

haven't tried to play hd in ubuntu but it can handle hd under win7 no problem...

Nope, only had to do it once, after that, it automatically connects at startup.

So, bluetooth is up and running.
