Take a look at Nokia's N900 phone. I use one as a backup when my Blackberry fails on me every few weeks. It basically has everything you need and I think it supports 802.11/n, but I am not sure.

@mybunche amd Bshosey, Have you two seen Cowon's S9. It has excellent Linux support, apps, custom themes and the sound quality is through the roof! I have their D2 and love it.
