this gives you all uuid-info you need to work on your fstab
if I want to know uuid from sda6 then i do:

i have exactly the same problem under KDE4.2.1... this is a bug, i think, did u report this bug? anybody has an idea how to get rid of this problem?
i am also on kde4.2 and making autostart pulseaudio -D did the whole trick.
i ask myself if this is not good enough?
