Same here. It even installs a nice kindle-amazon icon for the app, and another icon for the kindle-file type. Another +1 for Ubuntu \\:D/

For me Chromium was better than FF3 but not anymore since I've tried FF4beta. I combine FF4 and Opera now.

And what is the specific reason for that difficulty? If it is just the screen size then the issue would be solved with a 9 inch e-reader. I have not tried but even the 6 inch screen in landscape...

Have you heard about Digikam or Shotwell? They're pretty good and also nice to use.

That's strange, because it is sure that the origin of the issue was an update some 8 days ago, and by reversing the changes it should go back to normal behaviour. I tested one by one all the changes....
