    have you tried re-installing the Qt Creator? also it seems that the preferred Qt Creator version for the Ubuntu touch repository is 2.6.1 not the newer 2.7.0

    there are simpler solution(s) of course.

    Install a SIP based app on your phone, configure it to connect to asterisk locally via wifi route. make/receive calls.

    you could ask the Neo guys, if their built in webcam is supported by Ubuntu. if it's not, also ask if they have a known fix, they've pre-installed it after all. ;)
