I've set my update manager to only show me LTS upgrades as I'm going to check out 12.04LTS (to see if I want to stick with Ubuntu or not) vs. the regular update path. Do I have to wait until July...

Fixed. Saw the iptables stuff in lsmod and tinkered around with the firewall settings. Forgot to allow HTTPS in my outbound policy rules. (:
