To get this to run properly you need to run
libgl1-mesa-glx-lts-vivid:i386 libglapi-mesa-lts-vivid:i386
in theory this fixes the broken wine as well.

I spoke to the maintainer. The solution was the following for me

followed by

I got this too. Its not related to nvidia as im on ati video. Its very annoying and i hope they fix it soon - or give a workaround.
The easy way to replicate this is to install wine out of the software centre.
Seems to make a nice mess of the updater and your video drivers.
