    Re: Chrome - "Couldn't load plug-in"

    There is an earlier thread:

  2. [ubuntu] Re: Google Chrome - couldn't load plugin - shockwave flash

I can confirm from the link given by Kow that one suggestion from yippz seems to allow both to work:

Going into chrome://plugins and disabling 11.5.31.138 and enabling 11.2 r202, then closing...

    Thanks for that.
  10. Re: GUFW switches off after quit/restart

Yes, I saw the orange switch - it was all fine. It's just when I quit the program and restart it, it's as if it was never activated in the first place, eg I have to unlock it again and turn the...
  11. GUFW switches off after quit/restart

I don't really know if this an issue as I've never quite understood firewalls in Ubuntu and don't even know if I need one.

Anyway, using the daily build downloaded on Saturday evening.

Re: How stable is 12.04 right now?

Using the daily build from a few nights ago, and in Classic.

As above, the only problem I've noticed is the occasional error reports but no crashes.

I can confirm the Epson R300 is not detected on a clean install of 11.10.

As you know, on 11.04 this is detected automatically.
